Day 2: Botanical Gin Distillery and 12 Steps Dinner
Visit to a micro-distillery of artisanal Andean gin. Author's dinner night with pairing of spirits at Latin America's 50 Best restaurant.
Day 3: Flight to the Caribbean and Vertical Tasting of Aged Rums
Flight to Cartagena (CTG). Master Ronero experience with rums aged up to 27 years, tobaccos from Montes de María, and fine chocolates.
Day 4: Immersion in San Basilio de Palenque and Afro-Caribbean Stove
Visit to Palenque: preparation of ancestral sweets, tasting of Ñeque in a rustic still, and black post workshop in Getsemaní.
Day 5: Bazurto Market and Cocktails at Alquímico
Popular gastronomic safari at the Bazurto Market. VIP night at the experimental bar of Alquímico (World's 50 Best Bars).
Day 6: Tasting Traditional Fried Foods and Farewell
Tomorrow, tasting of signature fried foods from Cartagena and transfer to CTG airport for international flight.
