How to get there?

To get toNecoclí, a charming destination in the Urabá region of Antioquia, there are several transportation options depending on your starting point. Below, we present the most common routes:

From Montería:
- The land journey takes approximately3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
- The most commonly used route goes through the coastal area, offering a calm and safe journey.
From Medellín:
- Option 1: By land
  - The complete road trip takes approximately8 to 9 hours.
  - This route crosses the western region and the Urabá Antioqueño, passing through mountain landscapes and jungle areas.
- Option 2: Flight and land route
  - From Medellín, you can fly toApartadó, with an approximate flight duration of40 to 45 minutes.
  - From Apartadó, the land transfer to Necoclí takes between1 and 2 hours.

Necoclí is the main departure point toCapurganá, Sapzurro, and La Miel. For this reason, if the boat transfer is early, it is recommended to arrive in Necoclí one day in advance to avoid setbacks due to road delays.
