Description
Experiential immersion in the oldest trade of Boyacá. Guided by a family of traditional potters, each traveler learns to knead the virgin clay, manipulate the manual foot lathe, and sculpt their own vessel or little clay horse, getting to know the firing process in a wood-fired oven.

09:30 AM Tour of the colorful town of Ráquira. 10:15 AM Entrance to the pottery workshop and explanation of clay. 10:45 AM Practical workshop at the wheel where each traveler creates their piece. 12:00 PM Time for shopping at the artisan market.
