Itinerary
The tour starts from Bogotá and arrives at the small city of Zipaquirá located approximately 46 kilometers from Bogotá. Here, you will visit the first wonder of Colombia: The Salt Cathedral; an old salt mine transformed into a cathedral that presents the perfect symbolism between human creations, the beautiful works of nature, and God.
The visitor will have the opportunity to explore the tunnels and learn about the grand stations of the Stations of the Cross, and then descend deep into the cathedral, visit the central dome where it will also be possible to see the largest cross in the cathedral at 15 meters high, the great salt waterfall, and much more.
